1 Corinthians 1: 23-32 ²³For I received from Yahushua what I also passed on to you: Yahushua, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, ²⁴and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." ²⁵In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me." ²⁶For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim Yahushua's death until he comes.

²⁷Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of Yahushua in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of Yahushua. ²⁸A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. ²⁹For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of Yahushua eats and drinks judgment on himself. ³⁰That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep. ³¹But if we judged ourselves, we would not come under judgment. ³²When we are judged by Yahushua, we are being disciplined so that we will not be condemned with the world.

Let us look at the meaning of the word REMEMBER in communion or Yahushua's Last Supper.

Let us do this in REMEMBRANCE of Yahushua and the price He paid for our freedom. Let us REMEMBER or RECONNECT ourselves to Yahushua the Anointed Messiyah THE HEAD of His Called out Assembly. In a different usage of the word REMEMBER let us NOW be reconnected to Yahushua who is the Head of His body. So now through communion get your body, soul and spirit reconnected to Yahushua by taking the bread and eating the health and healing paid for by His bruised body which was broken for us so that our body does not have to be broken. His shed blood was spilt so that we may enjoy the freedom of His love for us and the forgiveness of sins and the rejuvenation of our spirit, soul and body. So by partaking of the communion meal you bring complete healing to your spirit, soul and body. Let us now, look like, act like, talk like Yahushua while being remembered/reconneted to Him who is our head. Come eat and drink and enjoy the price that was paid for your freedom. Fear not the religious spirit of condemnation and destruction that so easily stops the reconnection of the body of Yahushua the Anointed Messiyah to its correct HEAD, Yahushua the only Head of His Called out Assembly.

Yahushua the Anointed Messiyah
